Participant must be able to pass the YMCA of Middle TN swim test, have a swim assessment from MFY staff, and be able to swim for an hour.

All participants must tryout to register for this program. Please register for a tryout online or email Kaleighanna at [email protected] to organize one. If registration is done prior to a tryout, registration will be cancelled.
Class times: Sunday: 2:00-3:00pm , Mon 7:00-8:00pm , & Wed 7:00-8:00pm
